Phil Vickery served up sensational sausage rolls to show the Americans just what they’ve been missing out on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 500g good quality sausage meat (20% fat), 2 tsp dried sage, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, ½ tsp ground mace, pinch ground black pepper, 4 tbsp dried breadcrumbs, 500g good quality ready rolled all butter puff pastry, 1 small egg, beaten and extra egg for glazing.
