Baker Dave Robinson showcased his Manchester tart recipe on My Life on a Plate with Brian Turner.

Dave’s family has been baking since 1864 and the recipes have been handed down through the generations. Dave his now passing on his knowledge to his daughter therefore securing the future of the business.

Brian visited Dave’s bakery to see how the tarts are made and carry out the all important taste test.
