Mary berry and Paul Hollywood make a delicious wobbly apricot tart on The Great British Bake Off Masterclass.
Mary says: “The pastry and marzipan melt over the apricot halves to make a wobbly top for this sweet, and simply delicious, fruit tart.”
The ingredients for the pastry are: 225g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 100g icing sugar, 100g butter, cubed and 1 free-range egg.
For the filling: 375g almond paste or marzipan, 2 x 400g cans halved apricots in natural juice.
To serve: icing sugar and single cream or crème fraîche.
