Simon Rimmer serves up a delicious black forest gateau dessert on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 175g butter, 175g sugar, 6 separated eggs, 125g self raising flour, 75g cocoa powder and tsp coffee.
For the filling: 50g sugar, 50ml Kirsch, 400ml whipping cream, 25g icing sugar, 1 vanilla pod, 400g black cherries in syrup, 50g black cherry jam and 50g grated dark chocolate.
