Simon Rimmer serves up a delicious cherry chocolate bars on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 175g flour, 2 tbs cocoa, 100g sugar, 1 half tsp baking powder, 100g cubed butter, 50-75ml milk, 500g chopped glace cherries, 125ml condensed milk, 150g desiccated coconut, 1 vanilla pod, 325g melted chocolate and Zest 1 lime.
