Mary’s creme caramel recipe on Best Bakes Ever

Mary Berry makes delicious creme caramel desserts with Paul Hollywood on Best Bakes Ever from her Great British Bake Off recipes.

The ingredients for the caramel: 160g sugar and unsalted butter, for greasing the ramekins.

For the custard: 4 free-range eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 25g caster sugar, 600ml full-fat milk and pouring cream, to serve.
