Simon Rimmer serves up a delicious apple, blackberry and Cheshire cheese cobbler on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 225g peeled bramleys, 225g peeled coxs, 150g blackberries, 125g sugar, 1 cinnamon stick, 100g butter and 50ml calvados.
For the topping: 225g flour, 1 pinch salt, 100g sugar, 3 tsp baking powder, 100g cubed butter, 175ml sour cream and 150g crumbled Cheshire cheese.
