Creme brulee recipe on The Great British Bake Off dessert week

Tamal’s rhubarb and ginger creme brulees impressed Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood on The Great British Bake Off dessert week.

For the signature challenge the bakers had to achieve the perfect wobble of the creme and an audible crack of the brulee making it under the grill, not with a blow torch.

After the taste test Tamal was over the moon with the feed back he received from Mary and Paul.
