John Whaite Melon and mozzarella kebabs recipe on Lorraine

John Whaite served up Melon and mozzarella kebabs as part of his raw food dishes on today episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: ½ honeydew melon, ½ small watermelon, ½ small cantaloupe, 250g mozzarella pearls and Handful fresh basil.

To prepare the dish: Using a melon baller, ball the melons and put on barbecue skewers with pieces of mozzarella and a basil leaf.
