Simon Rimmer served up a delicious salted chocolate caramel brownies tray bake dessert on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 150g butter, 225g soft light brown sugar, 1 vanilla pod, 2 eggs, 120g flour, 2g baking powder, 150g chopped 70% cocoa solid chocolate and 2g coarse sea salt.
For the sauce: 225g butter, 225g soft dark brown sugar, 225g condensed milk and Serve with extra cream.
