Hemsley sisters served up a delicious healthy banana bread for a on-the-go breakfast snack on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 300g ripe bananas (roughly 3), 30g butter at room temperature, 2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to your taste buds), 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3 large eggs, ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 220g ground almonds, 30g ground flaxseed (also known as linseed), 1 tablespoon whole flax, for sprinkling and sea salt.
