Shelina Permalloo served up a tasty mango and fennel salad for a summers day on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 1 fennel bulb, trimmed, 2 large, semi-ripe mangoes, 1 red chilli, roughly chopped, 1½ tsp brown sugar Juice of, 2 limes, 1 tsp black mustard seeds, toasted, 3 tbsp freshly chopped coriander and Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
