Phil Vickery sweet and sour meatballs with ginger and lime recipe on This Morning

Phil Vickery serves up an easy to make sweet and sour meatballs with chestnuts, ginger and lime on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 carrot, very finely sliced into thin strips, 2 pak choi, sliced, long diagonals, 50g baby spinach leaves, 1 tbsp runny honey, 2 tbsp soy or tamari sauce, Juice 1 small lime and Freshly ground pepper.

For the meatballs: 1 small onion, very finely chopped, 1 heaped tbsp fresh ginger, very finely chopped, 1 small can water chestnuts, drained, very finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, Zest juice 1 large lime, 1 tbsp soy or tamari sauce, ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes, 1 tbsp any mayonnaise, 2 tsp cornflour, 500g shoulder of pork mince and 2-3 tbsp any oil.
