DJ BBQ serves up a barbecue feast of chicken in piri-piri sauce with corn on the cob and smoked potatoes on This Morning.
The ingredients for the piri piri Sauce: 80g butter, 1 tablespoon sunflower or vegetable oil, 200g bacon lardons, 1 large bulb garlic, sliced, 1-2 tablespoons dried oregano, 2 tablespoons ready made piri piri sauce or hot sauce, 1 tablespoon paprika and 2 whole chickens, spatchcock.
For the corn on the cob with mango chilli butter: 6 corn on the cobs, husks on, 1 ripe mango, 1 fresh red chilli, 1 bunch fresh coriander, leaves picked, 80g unsalted butter, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and 1 lime.
