The ingredients for the raspberry coulis: 250g raspberries and 125g caster sugar.

For the ice cream: 180g tub full-fat cream cheese, 397g tin condensed milk, 600ml double cream, 1tsp vanilla bean paste and 120g digestive biscuits, roughly crushed.
