Sally Bee Satay prawns with salad and pitta bread recipe on Lorraine

Sally Bee served up a tasty satay prawns with salad and pitta bread dish from The Bikini Promise on Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark brown sugar, 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed, 2 tsp mild curry powder,1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder, 340g large cooked and peeled prawns, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 onion, peeled and sliced, 100g mangetout (or frozen peas, defrosted), 100g baby sweetcorn, sliced, 200g beansprouts and Salad and pitta bread strips, to serve.
