James Tanner served a tasty honey and soy pork noodles dish on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 1 x 500g pork tenderloin, 2 tsp Chinese five spice, Oil for frying, 1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks, 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced, 100g baby sweetcorn, halved lengthways, 50g mangetout, 1 red chilli,sliced, 2 cloves garlic, sliced, Zest and juice of 1 lime, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 300g straight to wok noodles, handful of fresh basil, 2 spring onions, thinly sliced and 2 tbsp peanuts, toasted.
