Antonio Carluccio served up cabbage and sultana cheese soup (zuppa di cavolo Valpellinese) in his native Italy on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 675g (1 large) savoy cabbage, sliced, 1 litre chicken stock, 200g stale bread, cut into cubes, 275g fontina cheese, cut into small cubes and 50g unsalted butter.
