Dean Edwards served up delicious crab cakes with wasabi mayo on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 2 x 170g tins crabmeat, drained, 200g maris piper potatoes, mashed, 1 egg, beaten, 2 tbs fresh coriander, chopped, Zest of ½ lime, grated, 5 spring onions, very finely sliced, 1 egg yolk, 40g plain flour, 1 egg beaten, 60g panko breadcrumbs, 4 tbs mayonnaise, ½ tsp wasabi, Juice ½ lime and 2 spring onions sliced.
