Sabrina Ghayour Lemon and ginger prawns recipe on Saturday Kitchen

Sabrina Ghayour serves up tasty lemon and ginger prawns that can be served with salad as an easy starter on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 6 small preserved lemons, 7½cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated, 1 tbsp grated fresh turmeric, 2 tbps olive oil, 1 fat garlic clove, peeled, 5 tbsp clear honey, black pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil and 4 extra-large prawns.
