Mary Berry served up a tasty mushroom Scotch eggs dish to kickstart the second episode of her Mary Berry’s Absolute Favourites series.

In her recipe, Mary used quails eggs for extra flavour and says: “These mushroom Scotch eggs are perfect for a country picnic hamper.”
