Madeleine Shaw showcased her food for thought seedy energy bars for a nutrition bite on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 ripe banana, 2 tbsp coconut oil (plus a little extra for greasing the tin), 4 tbsp tahini, Pinch of salt, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 100g pumpkin seeds, 100g sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp chia seeds and 4 tbsp sesame seeds.
