Alex James served up baked Goddess cheese with Asparagus and Spring Onions on Sunday Brunch.

Alex says: “Asparagus are a great English delicacy that is delicious served cooked or raw.”

The ingredients are: 1 Goddess or other similar cheese (camembert/ Vacherin Mont D’or etc), 1 bunch asparagus, 1 bunch spring onions, 2 sticks celery, 1 large French baguette, 1 pack oven chips, Garlic granules, Onion granules, cherries and Chilli Flakes.
