Beth’s sea bass kabab with keralan prawn curry main course on MasterChef 2015

Beth served up the outstanding main course of the night with her sea bass kabab with keralan prawn curry in the last quarter-final of MasterChef 2015.

The English literature graduate cooked sea bass kabab marinated in chillie powder and turmeric with a keralan prawn curry, coconut rice and crispy samphire.
