It is the fourth day of MasterChef 2015 and the third group of five cooks enters the MasterChef kitchen to showcase their cooking skills with the hope of making it through to the quarter finals.
Standing in their way are a series of tasks and two judges to impress – Greg Wallace and John Torode.

The five cooks on day four are:
Sarah 24, Property Project Manager
Howard 58, Baptist Minister from Stoke-on-Trent
Chibesa 30, Business Analyst from Wales
Alex 36, Local Government Manager from Hull
Pete 25, Graphic Design Student from Bristol.
As well as impressing the judges, the cooks that make it through to last day of the week will also have to cook to impress three MasterChef Champions – 2014 champion Ping Coombes, 2013 champion Natalie Coleman and MasterChef’s first winner Thomasina Miers.
However, to kick things off the contestants are given just one hour and fifteen minutes to dazzle the judges their calling card dish, a practised dish that represents just who they are as a cook. After tasting all five dishes, John and Gregg, without telling each other, each pick their favourite dish. If they both choose the same dish then they will select their second preference. The two lucky cooks will be safe – for now – and sail straight through to the third test.
The remaining three contestants must cook again in the reinvention test. The hopefuls are given the main ingredient from their calling card dish, as well as access to the larder. Using that same ingredient, they must reinvent the dish to create a brand new plate of food that will sway the judges and earn them a place in the next round.
