The ingredients for the filling: 70g unsalted butter, 100g brown sugar and 6-8 apples (a mixture of cooking and eating varieties), peeled, cored, cut into 2cm chunks.

For the topping: 300g plain flour, 200g cold butter, cubed, pinch ground cinnamon, 150g demerara sugar and 100g porridge oats.
