Simon Rimmer make a delicious chocolate panna cotta for Mother’s Day on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 3 gelatin leaves, 250ml milk, 250ml cream, 1 vanilla pod, 50g sugar and 3 tbs cocoa powder.
For the sauce: 3 oranges, 2 juiced and 1 segmented, 150g sugar, 125ml water and a splash of cointreau.
