Simon Rimmer serves up a delicious sirloin steak with spicy peas dish on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 x 300g sirloin steak, 1 tbs green peppercorns, 1 tbs coriander seeds, 1 tbs sea salt, 2 garlic cloves, sliced, 30g wasabi peas, lightly crushed, 1 red chilli, finely sliced, 4 heads pack choi, halved and 100ml ponzu sauce (or light soy).
For the mayo: 100g mayo, Juice and zest of 1 lime and 1 tbs wasabi paste.
