Phil Vickery cooks a tasty Moroccan spiced lamb kebabs BBQ with coriander yoghurt and flat breads on This Morning.

Phil says: “This meal will give you three of your five-a-day and is simply delicious.”

Ingredients are: 500g ground lean lamb mince, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 2 cloves garlic crushed, 10 baby spring onions, finely chopped, 2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp cracked black pepper, ½ tsp dried red chilli, 2 tsp black onion seeds, 2 tsp salt, ½ medium egg white, lightly beaten and 4 large flat breads or pitta breads.

For the coriander yoghurt: 200g thick natural yoghurt, 1 tsp finely chopped red chilli, 4 tbsp chopped coriander, 2 tbsp runny honey and 1 tsp ground cumin.
