Jimmy Garcia serves up a tasty beef Bourguignon with mustard mash on This Morning.

The ingredients are: Salt and freshly ground black pepper, Splash oil, A knob of butter, 1.2kg Beef Shin, diced, A handful plain flour, 2 onions sliced, 200g bacon lardons, 1 stick celery, 3 cloves garlic, 50cl red cooking wine, 400g tinned tomatoes, 800ml beef stock, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 3 sprigs thyme leaves, 1 bunch rosemary, A dash of Worcester sauce and 2 handfuls button mushrooms.

For the Mustard Mash: 1kg Desiree potatoes, 250g butter, A splash milk,2 tbsp wholegrain mustard and Salt and pepper.
