Phil Vickery makes a delicious sticky toffee pudding dessert on This Morning.

The ingredients are:

1 level tsp baking powder, 230g self raising flour, 150g Medjool dates, chopped 1cm pieces, 50g plump sultanas, 275mls boiling water, 1 tbsp black treacle, 90g softened salted butter, room temp, 140g soft brown sugar, 2 medium eggs and 1 tbsp vanilla extract.

For the sauce: 115g salted butter, 140g light brown sugar, 1 tbsp black treacle, 275mls double cream and Dash lemon juice ad 2 tbsp vanilla extract.
