Katie and Finley make dinosaur pie puppets with a pre-historic twist on Mel and Sue. These pies that are perfect to make with your children this half term.

The ingredients for the pastry are: 225g Plain flour, 110g Slightly-salted butter cut into small cubes, 80g Caster sugar, 1 egg, a little cold water to form a dough.

For the white chocolate and raspberry filling: 100g fresh raspberries (or drained and thawed, frozen raspberries), 85g white chocolate chopped into small pieces,

For decoration: 100g icing sugar, Green food colouring, Silver balls – eyes, Mini marshmallows – spine, Bronze Crunch or any coloured glitter and sprinkles you fancy, Green food spray.
