Simon Rimmer makes a delicious grapefruit marmalade yoghurt cake on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 125g full fat greek yoghurt (plus extra for serving), 125g sugar, 200g flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 lemon, zest, 1 orange, zest, 50ml veg oil and 3 eggs.
For the glaze: 75g chunky grapefruit marmalade and 1 tbs orange juice.
