The ingredients are: 150g marshmallows, 50g salted butter, 50g caster sugar, 250g – 70% dark chocolate, finely chopped, 60ml espresso coffee, 300ml double cream, 8 tablespoons crème fraiche, 1 tablespoon icing sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste and Chocolate covered coffee beans.
