Tony Singh sweet chicken and apricot curry recipe on A Cook Abroad

Tony Singh travelled to India and cooked a sweet chicken and apricot curry with a Maharajah for a royal banquet on A Cook Abroad.

The ingredients includes: ghee, black pepper corns, cloves, cardamom, onions, garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli powder, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp ground turmeric, dried apricots and chicken.
