The Spice Men served up a tasty spiced lamb stew with black pepper, coconut and clove using British lamb on Saturday Kitchen.

The award winning Indian chef says: “For best results trim as much fat from the meat as possible before cooking because lamb fat does not work well with a number of spices in this recipe.”
