African vegetarian honey bean terrine recipe on Mel and Sue

Childhood friends Yemie and Duval serves up a healthy African honey bean vegetarian terrine on Mel and Sue.

The recipe is taken from their soon to be released Groundnut Cookbook that will contain many other recipes served up in their pop up restaurant.

The ingredients for their honey bean vegetarian terrine are: 300g chickpeas (soaked weight), 75g celery, 100g carrot, 15g fresh turmeric, 1tsp cumin, 1tsp crushed fennel seeds, 1tsp salt, ½tsp ginger, ½tsp black pepper, ½tsp garlic granules and 65ml sunflower oil.
