The Fudge Man Steve Timms and wife Janet showcased their Fudge recipes on James Martin: Home Comforts.

The pair make their old fashion handmade fudge in their kitchen at home in Dover and have produced a range of flavours including a Christmas pudding flavour that do not use any additives.
