Aude Dupont Dudley showcase her French blossoms syrups on James Martin: Home Comforts. The syrup producer gave up a career in the engineering industry to follow her passion for food and drink after having her third child.

All of her Blossom Syrups, including her newly developed mango flavour, are produced using high quality fruit concentrate, inverted sugar and a drop of citric acid.
