Mary Berry make a tasty fresh cranberry sauce for Christmas lunch on Mary Berry’s Absolute Christmas Favourites.
Mary says: “Spoil yourself with homemade fresh cranberry sauce this Christmas. Mary Berry’s fresh version takes seconds to make.”
The ingredients are: 225g fresh cranberries, 150g caster sugar, 1 small, thin-skinned orange, cut into quarters, pips removed, ½ tsp mixed spice and pinch freshly grated nutmeg.
To prepare the sauce, blend all of the cranberry sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Either serve cold or gently heat through. Serve with roast turkey or leftover cold cuts.
