Gino serves up a delicious turkey gravy and cranberry and sage stuffing for Christmas lunch on Let’s Do Christmas with Gino and Mel.
The ingredients for the gravy are: 1 x roasting pan from the turkey with all the vegetables in it, 2 tbsp flour, 150ml white wine, 50ml port, 500ml of turkey, beef or dark chicken stock, 1 tbsp cranberry jelly and Salt and pepper.
For the stuffing: 400g sausage meat, 100g fresh breadcrumbs, soaked in 2 tbsp milk, 50g dried cranberries chopped, 1 tbsp sage, finely chopped, 1 onion, grated, 1 tbsp olive oil and Salt and pepper.
To prepare the stuffing, pre heat the oven to 200C.
Mix together the ingredients, then shape into 16 balls. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes and then serve.
