Gino D’Acampo serves up a special breakfast for Christmas with Coddled Eggs on Let’s Do Christmas with Gino and Mel.
The ingredients are: 8 rashers of bacon, 25g butter, 8 chestnut mushroom, quartered, 200g spinach leaves, 100ml cream, A pinch of nutmeg, 4 eggs, 4 slices of brie, Salt and pepper, bread for toast and A little truffle oil.
