Gino D’Acampo serves up vegetarian sprout and leek stroganoff with walnuts for the festive season on Let’s Do Christmas.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, 25g butter, 8 sprouts, quartered, 1 leek, finely sliced, 4 vac pac chestnuts, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 tsp thyme leaves, A pinch of smoked paprika, 25ml brandy, 50 ml crème fraiche, 25g butter, 3 spring onions, 1 packet microwave rice and A dash of water.
For the walnuts: 5 walnut halves, 1 tbsp olive oil and Lots of salt and black pepper.
