James Tanner makes homemade sausage rolls for the festive season on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 375g pack ready rolled Puff pastry, 400g sausage meat or your favourite sausages with skins removed (or prepackaged sausage meat), 1 clove garlic, Good handful of fresh thyme leaves, 50g cranberries fresh or frozen (optional), Salt and pepper seasoning and 1 egg, beaten.
