Rick Stein serves up prawns with a tasty aioli mayo sauce in Cornwall on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients for the aioli are: 4 garlic cloves, unpeeled, ½ tsp salt, 1 free-range egg yolk and 175ml extra virgin olive oil.
