Brian Turner make use of Christmas dinner leftovers with his sage and onion stuffing sausage rolls served with a tasty tomato relish on Christmas Kitchen with James Martin.

Brian says: “These sausage rolls are a good way to use up leftover Christmas stuffing in preparation for a New Year party.”

The ingredients for the sausage rolls are: 250g readymade puff pastry, plain flour, for dusting, 1 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage, 250g leftover cooked sage-and-onion stuffing, chopped into small pieces, 250g good-quality sausagemeat, 2 free-range egg yolks, beaten with 1 tbsp milk, 100g sesame seeds are salt and freshly ground black pepper.
