Jamie Oliver serves up healthy burgers with beer and mustard on 15 Minutes Meals

Jamie served his burgers with a crunchy salad using carrots and white cabbage as the base.

The ingredients are: 500g extra lean minced beef, 1 heaped tsp wholegrain mustard, 1 – 2 oz quality beer or ale, olive oil, 4 wholewheat burger buns, 2 tbsp low fat natural yoghurt, Worcestershire sauce, 1 ripe beef tomato, 2 – 4 gherkins, tomato ketchup to serve.

For the Salad: 2 carrots, 1/4 white cabbage, 1 firm pear, 1 small red onion, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 70g rocket.
