Donna Hay showed how to make edible Christmas gifts including chocolate peppermint slice and Caramel crunch brownies on This Morning.
The ingredients for the brownies are: 100g dark chocolate, chopped, 125g unsalted butter, 175g brown sugar, 2 eggs, 100g plain (all-purpose) flour, sifted and 1 tablespoon cocoa.
For the caramel crunch: 440g caster (superfine) sugar, 125ml water, 125ml single pouring cream, 50g unsalted butter and 70g puffed rice cereal.
For the chocolate ganache: 300g dark chocolate, chopped and 125ml single pouring cream.
