On this weeks Munch Box the boys and girls went head to head in a cook off with the girls making croquettes and the boys making potato gnocchi with pesto.

The junior cooks went all out in the kitchen under the watchful eye of presenters Joe Hurd joins Layla Anna Lee, but it was renowned Persian chef Sabrina Gayour that they had to impress along with her two junior tasters.

In the end the junior cooks did all they could and delivered two beautiful looking and tasty plates of food.

After the taste test of the two dishes, it was the thee girls that came out on top narrowly beating the boys with their croquettes and roasted red pepper sauce dish.
