Gingerbread latte fudge recipe by Kitty Hope and Mark Greenwood on Sweets Made Simple

Kitty Hope and Mark Greenwood make their coffee shop inspired gingerbread latte fudge on Sweets Made Simple.

Kitty says: “This is a special sweet because of it’s very special ingredient, Ginger Cake. The sweet takes a while to make but it is worth it.”

The ingredients are: 50g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing, 75g sticky ginger cake, thinly sliced, 500g caster sugar, 150ml double cream, 135ml full-fat milk, 1 tsp ground ginger and 2 tsp ground espresso coffee.
